Need advice on mask and snorkel for beginner!!!

I have the "totally dry" snorkel on the ScubaToys page linked above and it's very nice. The "dry" feature is, as pointed out, not so useful when you dive, but the flexible neck is fantastic. I'd really recommend a snorkel with that feature for comfort.
 
Mask, same as everybody else. One that fits. Also check field of view. Try looking at your chest, peripheral, and see which ones give you the best view. It's nice to be able to see what's going on while diving.

Snorkel, uh, well, dunno really, haven't worn one in years.
