Need advice! Koh Phangan + Koh Tao or Similan or Phuket + Phi Phi?

I want to thank you all one more time! You were all very helpful and insightful.
After your tips, I've decided the following:
- I'll maintain Phu Quoc for 3 days;
- I'll skip Sihanoukville entirely;
- I'll only stay 4 days in both Koh Tao and Koh Phangan (and I'll make sure to go to Sail Rock);
- I'll stay 5 days on Phuket + Similan Islands (since I've never been a whole day on a boat, I'll do a liveaboard on the Similan for just 3 days since I don't know how and if I'll like it).

And stevenl, I'll make sure to contact you as soon as I decide the exact days I'll stay in Phuket.

While at Tao/Phangan make sure to also visit Chumpon Pinnacle.

On koh Tao you have to visit Shark Island, Chumpon Pinnacle, Ao Leuk and Red Rock with underwater Nanguan Cave.

Also wreck of HTMS Sattakut is great place and if you have a wreck spec you can swim inside as well.
Of course Sail Rock is also awesome but almost 2 hours from koh Tao.
