Need A Flash Designer

I need someone to do 2 - 3 pages for my webpage..... I need someone to do flash stuff........ I do not have flash (nor know how)

I am not a Flash designer but I do visit web sites. IF you do insist on using a Flash based site please please have a wide variety of people proof the site. I have seen several professionally done sites that made me want to torture the site owner and designer because they are so bad. Glitter and animation and sound so not make a great site, good content and ease of use do. Please remember that there still are people who use dial up and some do not use 19" super duper hi res monitors. Also, some do not use Windows and some do not use MS IE. (That is why I say have some proof viewers.)

Eight I have a buddy that does web design we contract him to work on client sites that we host if you are interested his site is the4thday.com. I know he has done a few other dive sites.
