You can read the archives for more (search Wilmington or the names of operators), but you basically have 2 choices in Wilmington: Aquatic Safaris and Cape Fear Divers. I would suggest a phone call if you really want to find out what's available.
You mention that you are newly certified, so I'll toss in a pretty standard piece of advice. Offshore diving in NC can be spectacular, but it's often not the best place to start your diving career. Topside conditions can be rough (waves) and conditions in the water are sometimes unpredictable (it could be perfect, or there could be currents and reduced visibility). At the same time, there are a number of dive sites that can be suitable for new divers. A wise diver will find an experienced buddy or hire a DM/guide for their first few trips.
