Are there any? have caught lots of spiney's in fla, and just can't find any lobsters in the great lakes....

mello-yellow:MA has non-resident licenses, but to get one you must own at least $5,000 worth of property in Massachusetts. Ironically, New York State does allow non-resident licenses -- they just cost more, -- and you are already a resident! Looks like your best bet is to take a trip to Long Island and dive for lobsters there.
Or I could sell you my tool shed for $5,000
