I have been trying to research this training agency for two weeks now. I can not find them listed anywhere. I have contacted known agencies and asked about this NDIA. At this time no one I have talked to has heard of them. There is a Instructor in my area teaching under this agency. Can anyone shed some light on this agency.
Thank you for your help

I put together a pretty comprehensive list of scuba certifying agency websites that starts here: SCUBA Agency Websites (Part 1A) - Independent Agencies - Blogs - ScubaBoard - Scuba Diving Forum - Diving Social Network
and I never heard of them.

To the best of my knowledge, a scuba certifying agency called NDIA doesn’t have a website, which could mean:
they are new, and/or
they are very small, or
they don’t exist

Keep in mind that anyone can start a scuba certifying agency. Gaining recognition/acceptance can be more of a challenge. Perhaps you can ask the instructor for information.

edit: ANIS, Associazione Nazionale Istruttori Subacquei, found in another part of my list: Scuba Agency Websites (Parts 1B and 1C) - CMAS and CEDIP Affiliates - Blogs - ScubaBoard - Scuba Diving Forum - Diving Social Network
