Anyone ever dive/stay with Nautical dive resort?

I have a Friend that owns Nautical dive center in Belize.
I have never been there and Plan to be going soon.

Just wonder if anyone can give me any insight to the Resort?

Jim, The Nautical Inn is on a peninsula at the Southern end of Belize. The Nautical Inn is at the edge of a village named Seine Bight, a Garifuna village, and faces the ocean. The resort itself has undergone a $500,000 renovation. It is also under new management starting in July 2011. The Resturant and Bar will be re-opened followed by the Dive shop. Nautical Inn is an out of the way retreat fro0m the husele and bussle of a large resort. There are only 12 units, all of which face the ocean are only feet way fom it or their pool. The Inn has beach volleyball and coconut bowling. TV in the bar and a 5' x 8' screen for all sporting events in the large conference room. Any Mayan ruin tour, Jungle excursion or Cave tubing expedition on top of some the best didving in the world can be set up thru the resort.
