NAUI course director can train other agencies?

[FONT='lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif]Hi, I am an instructor diver from PADI and I am planning to do a cross over course for NAUI. I am aiming to be a NAUI Course Director after my Instructor course cross over. My question is can I be an active instructor from another orginization and a NAUI course director as well? I heard from afriend he is a NAUI IT that N AUI CD agreement does not allow the NAUI course director to train other agencies it's in the agreement policy! Is that correct ?

If you a NAUI Course Director, than you can only be a Course Director for NAUI

I don't have my agreement in front of me but do now that as a CD you can still teach for other agencies. During a ITC you can only represent NAUI.

You can train divers for any certification agency, but you should only be making leadership members for one. So, if you become a NAUI CD, then you can only make NAUI DM's and Instructors, but if you had to do PADI OW, AOW, Master then you could do that.
