Name this Fish...please??

Can anyone tell me what kind of fish this is - see attachment? Not a great picture I know....very much an amateur - but I can't figure out what it is - was thinking a variation of a scorpion fish. I shot this at Lauderdale by the Sea this past weekend... Any ideas?

Thats interesting, we do not have this species in the Philippines I do not think!

I think it is the shortnose batfish.

It's not a Shortnose. Oddly enough, the Shortnose has a projection between its eyes that looks like a long nose. This fish doesn't have that.
