Are these the up-to-date NACD Bylaws as of August 5th 2015?

If they are, please state so.

If they are NOT can you supply Bailey Pickel, a LIFE TIME member in GOOD STANDING with the up-to-date bylaws?

I am not sure this is the right process...
 
Unfortunately, I'm unable to fault the NACD for not responding here or supplying info via a questionable proxy request. Why doesn't Bailey send a request?
