We may have to change plans and go to the N. part of Padre I. instead of S. Padre (Aransas Pass, etc./Corpus). Anyone have advice on charters/shore dives there? Thanks in advance.

You can shore dive/snorkel the jetties. It's not real deep. I know of one charter boat Out to Sea adventures, but I have never been out with them.

That's not to say there aren't others.

In shore vis is pretty bad until well into July when the "blue water" comes to shore. August & early September is good on the jetties if you watch the tides. Off-shore trip are limited by the seas but should be running now for some pretty good rig diving.

Let me know jetteys can have good vis most any day on incoming tide send a pm can plan a dive most any weekend ck ascubaventure .com for tide or turbidity report click on local diving can recomend out to sea adventures. Good Diving ROCK HUNTER
