You planning on paddling or diving? The link you supplied are drysuits suitable for cold water canoe/kayak not diving.

They say they're also designed for scuba use. Am I misreading something?
 
The seals are used on scuba drysuits but you would have to add valves to add and dump air I have heard of people adding valves to swift water rescue suits you might give the folks at dive right in scuba a call and ask them about which suits and materials you can add valves to.
