I confirm that ultrasonic cleaning and putting in all new O-rings did it. No bubbles. I am not sure I remembered the washer sequence correctly, not sure if they are made from different materials. One is thin and transparent, another is thick, opaque, and white. I figured it makes more sense if the thick one goes against the spring, and the thin one goes against the piston. Seems to work so far. Hope that's fine.

I would use the same sequence I think. They are to set the IP pressure and act as bushings. Actual order should not really make any functional difference.
