Does anyone know if there are operations that do dives near Myrtle Beach during February? I'll be there for the weekend and would love to sneak in a dive

The dive boats don't usually run in the middle of the winter because there are too few customers.
I would call the shops, express your desires, give them your information, and hope others call in wanting the same. If the boat is not in the shop for annual maintenance, you may be in luck.
