There's some diving in the Myrtle Beach area. Mostly centered around 1/2 dozen wrecks and a couple of offshore ledges. We dove with Express Watersports out of Murrell's Inlet - it's about 20-30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Nice, professional outfit. We dove the Bill Perry wreck and the 11 Mile Tugboat/Airplane man-made reef. In July the water was 85' - wear a skin though, there's Jellyfish in the area.

There's some great restaurants in Murrell's Inlet for after the dive. Also the beach areas in Litchfield Beach, just south of there. are much nicer than Myrtle Beach.
