Myrtle Beach Area

I am looking for some dive partners in the myrtle beach area. I stay in this area about 6 to 8 months out of the year, my diving so far has been limited to rivers and lakes. Are you willing to drive north into NC to find trips? I don't think there's much in Myrtle Beach proper.

Sorry for the late response, but yes I am willing to travel into NC, I was really hoping to dive offshore around the reefs and do some spear fishing and was looking for a partner that could teach me how to do this safely. I have a boat with all of the equipment.

Try spearfishingplanet.com in the Carolinas section. There a lot of guys on private boats who love to spear. Just beware of clingons who will claim to help but really just want a free ride on your boat.
