My wetsuit shrank

All 3 of my wetsuits shrunk. I stored them inside in the closet and they were rinsed extremely well. I did put on 25 pounds and I shrunk 2.5 inches. What gives????

Did my wetsuit shrink? Or did I just gain weight? Last time I wore it was in Dec 2017. Tried it on today and it felt really tight in the chest and arm area. The material used to feel soft and stretchy. It feels much harder now. It’s only 2-3 years old and worn on maybe just 30 dives. It’s a Henderson Thermaxx. Do suits really deteriorate this fast or I just got fat?
