My underwater pictures are so blue. What do I need? A filter or a strobe?

I took these pictures near West Palm Beach, each at about 60 fsw, all with the same camera (Canon A85). Click on each to see a larger photo.

This is using the camera set for daylight exposures.

This is with the camera set to daylight and using the built in flash. Note the colors brought out in nearby objects.

This was taken using the manual white balance. I set the white balance using my buddy's dive slate (Thanks, Randy!)

All of these pictures are good, but each has different effects. I hope this helps.

The Magic Filters are great. They work well down to about 45ft. The caveat is that you need a good amount of sunlight pointed at your subject. For example, if you do a wall dive, make sure the sun is pointed at your side of the reef.

These are the photos I took on my recent trip:

Gilligan, do you know if the "Mandrake" process is available for Photoshop Elements (any version)? If so, I'd certainly appreciate you sharing. Thanks.
