My Salvo died before it even got wet! Troubleshooting?

Everything I heard about both Salvo and NWSD was true. :) Matthew took care of me with an exchange on Sunday. And Salvo was going to send me parts today, I had to tell them to stop! They responded to my email faster & friendlier than I could have expected.

I posted more details in a Kudos thread... great service from both parties.

(NWSD did burn test my original light--it was just bad luck that it failed in hour 5 of its life instead of a little earlier.)

I am under the impression that Salvo lights have a warranty on the bulb. I was told this by the owner so if your diveshop won't replace the bulb call the company here in Florida! Sounds like they have been straight with you so far.
