Hi, my Oceanic Vt3 does not receive the information from the transmitter plug into the tank. PLEASE HELP ME.

I would double check the transmitter code (printed on the transmitter) and make sure the same number is entered into the VT-3. I think this is done in the SET U menu (sorry I dont have my computer with me right now to confirm). Anyway, if the computer is new to you and you have been surfing around in the menus it is easy to accidentally get into this menu and change a number by accident.

Best of luck and if all else fails call Oceanic Tech Support. I have always had great expereinces talking with them and they are very helpful.

have you read the manual ??? never ever ever dive with a computer that you don't know how to operate forwards and backwards EVER!!!

From the lack of information do you have a tank with pressure that your regulator is pressurized too? You do need tank pressure to get a reading.

Hi. Try entering your serial number from your transmitter in the opposite way. I entered mine one way 6 was actually a nine, get my meaning. I did this and it worked like a charm. Good luck
