Having a lust for rust, I would have to say Chuuk (Truk) followed by the Yongala off Townsville, based having dived there. Scapa Flow is on my if I had lots of spare money list.

scapa is a budget destination compared to bikini atoll

Perhaps the list needs to be updated as the last post was 3.5 years ago. For me, specifically in warm-water (> 59F / 15C), no lust for rust, i.e., not into wrecks, and excluding muck diving (small animals), my top 10 diving destinations, so far, are:
1. Galapagos
2. Raja Ampat
3. Komodo
4. Tiger Beach
5. Socorro
6. Malpelo
7. Cocos
8. Palau
9. Banda Sea (Ring of Fire)
10. Maldives

There are many places that I had never been and those are the places that I really looking forward to.
I am going to dive Koh Chang in Thailand for the first time soon and the anticipation is no difference from my only trip to Cocos Island in Costa Rica nearly 20 yes ago.
