Nice one, it looks good. I have also just completed my first Oxygen checker from plans found on the internet and I am happy to say it also works very well.

How did you get on with a flow meter?

Never bothered with the flow meter.. just stick the end of the sensor in the din valve and slowly flow the gas.

Update... bought the oxycheck flowmeter and sensor cap, couldn't be bothered wasting my time buying the parts needed to build it.

I made an oxygen sensor from oxycheck. Went well but I fried the first board because my solder gun didnt have a point on it. I had to order another board for 10$. Oh well. It's spot on.
