I`ve written some simple instructions on my blog ( Dolphin Dive Adventures Blog ), its also got comparison results with my Ikelite torch. If there is interest I`ll write a more detailed set of instructions

I'd like to know whereyou got your led from, i like the design, as it is simple PVC and not complicated like using a maglight etc.

Good news and not so good news... The torch performed very well, but had some leakage problems!
