Ok, so it was only horrible for me.

I have a 5 year old Citizen Cyber Aqualand Nx I was given years ago and never used.

Is this still considered a reliable unit or should I look into dumping cash into a new computer?

Thanks for the help,

Jeff

The Aqualand NX came with a 5 year warranty. I have one on my worst as I type this message.

The battery cell went on mine. I sent it to Citizen in California and then sent it back fixed for free (excluding my shipping to Citizen). My Aqualand NX was about 5 years old. I sent it to them requesting and estimate before doing any work.

I guess they figured I would not argue with free .

It has worked fine ever since.

You might try sending yours out to Citizen requesting a estimate before do any work on the watch. Tell them you go it as a gift and it has never been worn.

The worst that happens is the you are out the cost of shipping.
