My delta 4 sounds like an harmonica noise / Veo 180 Questions

Hi guys , i bought a Delta4 last summer

I love it but since the first dive it make a sound like an harmonica something like hiiiii hunnnnnn sound. its anoying and all my new buddys are looking everywhere searching for the sound ..

what should i do about that ?

Also i have a veo 180 .

i belive it show the 4 last dive on the unit itself , do i need to buy the pc cable to see the other 20 log dive ?

It will be covered under warranty.

The Veo 180 will display 12 dives on the unit - possibly more depending on sampling rate, and certainly more data with the cable.

How should i proceed to contact Oceanic ? ive send an email to the canada adress i found on the main website whiout replys,
should i send it to usa ?

Concerning the veo180 .For some reason i only can see the last 4 dive , do i need to do somthing special , anyways this is not a big deal
