You should have seen me and Kirk doing two bottle passing drills in 5' of viz in Cove 2 a couple months back . . . not sure it was fun, but it sure was funny!
 
This is a wonderful post! Reminds me of why *I* joined the organization, too! It is so much for FUN when you have a handle on the fundamentals. I haven't been a fundies diver that long but I still grind when I realize I have been doing "the right things" on autopilot when needed. Like "oh yeah, of course I am back kicking right now"
 
A friend sent me a photo from the boat that day, that I couldn't resist sharing. If it weren't for the crow's feet at the corners of my eyes (and the crepe on my neck), I'd look just like a five year old at Christmas:

My story.. F-ing up my primary tie in in ginnie (Doug M helping me un do the reel mess, other random teams exiting above us...) and i look up and see Bat Man "JJ" upside down wedged in the crack.. watchful but just hanging out, smiling :)
