I agree it’s a comfy suit and the long legs and arms can be dealt with. What I couldn’t get over was that it gave me camel toe...I couldn’t get over that!

TMI !!!! Thank you for sharing.

OK, that's a new one for me! A wetsuit giving a gal camel toe.:rofl3:
I like learning something new each day...but this one I could have lived without.

Ha! Now that folks that are obviously younger than I had to look it up, I don't feel quite so old and out-of-touch with modern phrases.

My old 5mm wetsuit had zippered wrists and ankles. I would leave the ankle zippers open if boot made it too snug. My guess is it may have been a more relaxed fit than you realized and when you started to notice it more after you started putting the culex over the boot. Either way this shouldn’t be a deal breaker it is a “wet suit” colder waters wear it way you have with the boots. In warmer water you might get more flow through when using a lighter boot, but that isn’t going to undermine the overall integrity of the suit. My suits get beat up through all sorts of ways; Rocks, barnacles, barnacles and occasionally rocks, not to mention fulling it on and off.

As far as peeing goes, piss early, don’t piss the last 15 minutes in the water and if you aren’t particularly cold unzip part way fo the last few minutes to flush it out before exiting the water.

My wetsuits get washed after every diving day in the bathtub with lukewarm water and baby shampoo. No issues.
Yes. That plus my hose suggestion = no crotch rot. I just like saying that.

Don't take a lot of Vitamin C before diving. It turns your pee bright yellow!

Just sayin'

Unfortunately, wetsuits are one of those things that I really need to try on before I buy. And locally, we mainly have stocked wetsuits to try on in Henderson, Bare and Mares. Some Scubapro and other brands but they’re usually special order. I’ve tried Bare and Mares ones and they’re both a little too long in the legs and I didn’t like them for one reason or another. But when we put that Thermaxx on for the first time, it was like love at first try. It was sooooo soft, like a cashmere sweater. I kid you not. We thought we lucked out when we fell in love with the Thermaxx.

As an aside @outofofficebrb , my hubby and I both bought the Rolling Thunder 30” for our next trip based on your suggestion in another thread. Thanks!

That’s great! You’ll have to let me know how you like it. :) it has had a slight redesign since I originally bought it but the materials are still the same. Mine is just one big cavernous main pocket.
