My blacktip photo: Auto Level didn't work

For any gurus out there, can anyone advise how to deal with the image below. I tried Auto Level but there are still horrendous red spots. Maybe I could provide the original raw .jpg and someone could try to correct it?

I think we'll need the original image at its largest size to try and get some good results.

Trying to fix small images never works. RAW would be good.
