That is cool...those strobes are expensive, even the one for the MX5II. So the strobe does not have to be attached to the camera?

Yup, good question. I hold the strobe by left hand when shooting. And I found the aiming angle is so narrow for synchronization. I am figuring out how to attach it to the housing in a cheap way before I go to another money draining package of S&S strobe, strobe arm and tray.

Good luck, I hope you successfully figure it out. I'm now just looking into purchasing the camera and housing...that's all I can afford right now. The strobe will have to come later...much later.
