Amazing video. Kathy.

i am not a cave diver, maybe this is stupid question. What is that foggy/cloudy thing in the water?

Thanks :). The foggy thing is called a halocline. It's a zone where the salinity/density of salt/fresh water interact. halocline (oceanography) -- Encyclopedia Britannica. You are also seeing visual effects from a thermocline created by the fresh/salt water being different temperatures.

The Halocline in River Run literally looks almost as defined as oil/vinegar might in an unshaken salad dressing. The fresh water flows on top of the salt water creating ripples. As one ascends through the halocline, there are various striations which can create very cool lighting and visual effects :).

Passing through the halocline behind another diver who has already stirred it up means the visibility can drop from 200+' feet to a foot or two. You really need to stay right on the line until you're past it.
