Ive made up a spreadsheet for checking MV readings - its a ss I found in another thread and added to it somewhat - if anyone is willing to check to see if there any issues or way to improve id appreciate feedback

On another note when doing the calibration we check MV at 21% then again at 1.0 but if the controller fo2 is set to 98% and we only reach .98 at calibration shouldnt that be the multiplier calculation not 1.0?

eg .21 mv = 11 so 1.0 = 52.4 * .98= 51.3
MV means MegaVolts, and I'm pretty sure you mean milliV.......but what's a factor of 10**9 among friends?

The JJ doesn't do that since it calibrates by injecting O2 essentially direct to the sensors. No real residual inerts or water vapor to be concerned with.
Looks like the JJ injects into the head where gas is passing into the sorb.

The sensors are in the pipe that collects gas from the bottom of the sorb. But I haven't seen my toy since the DEMA demo. Have I got this wrong? Looks like lots of ways to get residual N2 and water vapor into the gas stream, unless you run a lot of O2 thru.

It does run a fair amount of O2 through. The head screws directly into the top of the scrubber, so it's dumping O2 into the open area where gas comes through the sorb and into the inhalation hose.

The exhalation side empties just above where the o ring seals the cells and solenoid in to the scrubber can and gas passes around the can and up through the bottom. So it doesn't really have to fill much empty space to flush out inerts.

That hole in the middle is the return loop. The O2 is injected after the sorb. To give you a better visual . . .
