Rent an ATV & go exploring some of the back trails. Some really cool areas most visitors never see! (take some bug spray).
Take a water Taxi down & spend an afternoon (or day) at Water Cay.
Horseback ride with Sterlin from Red Ridge Stables. He's amazing, not only in knowledge of flora & fauna, but in the local history of the island and the founding families.
Football Games at Driftwood (they're Cowboy Fans).
I 3rd the opinion on RJ's, but he's only open 3 nights a week. Wed, Fri & Sun. For grilled options the rest of the time, try Evelyn's.
Oasis for Asian food.
La Picolla (known locally as Kate's) for the best homemade pasta. The Walnut & Gargonzola raviolli smothered in the four cheese sauce is to die for! I'll be glad when they re-open, they're currently closed/moving to a building across the street. Supposed to re-open this month.
The bar/nightlife depends on your taste in music. Tranquilla, CoCo-LoCo, Bar in the Bush on Friday nights, Pirates are among some of the favorites most seem to like.
Treetanic/Jade Seahorse is an optical wonderland (and excellent re-use of leftover materials). You almost have to see it to believe it. I personally head to the quieter side of town myself, but everyone I've taken to the above has loved them.
Just a few of my favorite things.
