I'm going to be in Puerto Rico in two weeks, and since it is rude to leave your non-diver SO and go diving the entire vacation (or so I've been told in no uncertain terms
), I need to narrow down to just a couple of dives.
We'll be in Vieques for two nights and 1.5 days (one night of which is bio-bay kayaking time), on the east side of the main island for another 4 days, and on the west side for 4 days.
I was wondering which dives I should choose to do with the limited time available. My current plan (based on internet research) is to do the Wall (with West Divers) in La Parguera and Desecheo (with Taino divers) when on the west side - though I'd love to get some other people's views on these/alternate locations and dive companies.
Also, are there some good dives I should try on the east side of PR, or in Vieqeus? If there is some good diving in Vieques, I'd prefer a night dive. Any dives on the east side of the main island that I should consider (again, I'd prefer night diving since I'm already diving two days on the west side, but I'm open to suggestions).
