I'm planning a trip to cave country and want to see what everyone's favorite springs and sinks are. I know this thread has been had before but I can't turn it up in the search feature. Here's my plan:

Day 1) Blue Grotto and Devil's Den
Day 2) Springs at Ginnie (is there enough to spend a day there?)
Day 3) Troy Spring and Royal Spring, then drive home.

Anything else to add or a better itenerary? I am only OW/Nitrox but am certainly not afraid of a good cavern.

If you have never been diving in the springs, I think
you have selected a good selection of spots.

I just dove Blue Grotto today and my dive buddy and I
were the only 2 people there until we were leaving
at about 4pm.

Happy Diving.

Fairly nice little plan you have there :)

You can spend a day at Ginnie, if you plan to do things between some of the dives. Dive the main spring in the morning, then dive the OW section of the devil's springs and drift down the river back to the main springs(bring a dive flag). Go eat at Floyds and then spend some time in one or more of the dive shops in the area, buy a been there/done that Ginnie Tshirt, and do a night dive at the mainspring :D
