Good Stuff! I think almost every muscle group DOES come into play. Somebody mentioned ankles and calves - I do toe raises on steps with 50 to 100 lb dumbells. They work your calves and ankles pretty well ....also jumping rope would be good.
 
I do the elliptical for my cardio and Pilates Refomer for flexibility and strengthening overall muscles and core .
