MR11 DIY light head

Does anyone know a good source for a DIY MR11 light head? I built a decent DIY light head using a C Cell maglite and an MR16 halogen bulb, and now I want to do the same for a MR11, but don't know what to use. I also posted this same question in the DIY section, but no luck there so far. Thanks.

If you want to spend $80 I know of a guy who makes an aluminum lighthead that fits a MR11 lamp and 10W welsh allyn HID ballast. The bulb + ballast will cost you alother $200.
