I found a dozen Bulla gouldiana, Gould's Bubble snails during my last dock dive. Merry wanted to get some photos of them so we hoped for better visibility today. We got it. Merry reported at least three feet vis when she surfaced. She also reported there were more than a dozen bubble snails. There were hundreds, and they were laying eggs! After we went home, I looked at Merry's photos and decided I'd better put my camera together and head back to the marina.

Merry wasn't kidding. Bubble snails were marching in and laying piles of eggs on mounds of algae. A few large Navanax inermis were trying to compete in the eggstravaganza but were heavily outnumbered. Merry is hoping to get a few wide angle shots tomorrow to show the biomass.
