Seacure makes custom moldable mouthpieces that are very nice and reasonably priced at around $25.

A simple minimalist type mouthpiece (under $5) may do just as well as an expensive one. The trick is that you do not even have to bite down on it. Let your lips hold the mouthpiece in by closing on the upper and lower edge of the forward part of the mouthpiece. Many newer dives make the mistake of thinking that they have to bite down hard to secure the mouthpiece. This just gives you jaw fatigue. Relax, remember even if it should fall out (unlikely) as you were taught in your open water training recovery is a lean to the right and sweep of the hand. An inconvenience, not a problem.
