I would say the best time to visit Lo Sin is probably August - September; the sea condition can be rather rough by the end of Sept.

I personally feel that end of August 'til before end of September is the best time to dive Lo Sin. Some of my diving friends feels that the dive "season" for Lo Sin runs from June - September.

I've not dived there. I was just translating the non-monsoon time for the south china seas / gulf of thailand. Vie is the one that narrowed down the best time out of that broad time so I am happy that you are kissing him in your post, not me.
