Ok guys should I go and spend a few hours at the bottom of my pool, or do nothing? Majority wins...
 
If you go to the borrom of the pool, will you be breathing?
 
Skills practice is always a good thing!
 
True, just got out of pool... Did pretty much nothing but just sit there upside down staring at the sky lol...
 
And yes tanked2.0 I was/would be breathing....
 
On scuba?!?!?! Or floating? what?
 
My fav skill practise in a pool is (a bouyancy skill) to hover motionless face up ("on my back") , flat as a board ( except feet lower than chest), and try to hold that postion for a while, then switch and try to do it faceing side ways, then do it faceing down toward the bottom...
 
The point of the skill is to try to remain as neturally bouyant as possible in each position without moving, or adjusting anything..
