Good point. "It is estimated from cases with available data that one person dies every 4 years from toxic seafood poisonings. " Still seems pretty darned rare.

It's not the most deadliest or most dangerous thing, but have you heard of the "King Kong" effect brought about by the Conus snail (can't remember which one, conus geographus or conus textile, I think)? Very interesting.
