HP seat on the 1st stage.
Nothing to be done in the field except replace the 1st stage with a backup

Most common are the same as with any reg brands - DIN o-ring, HP spool o-rings, LP hose-to-1st-stage O-ring. Personally, given that they're very small, I have an Apeks 1st and 2nd stage kit in my save-a-dive kit, but that's probably a little extra.

DIN or Yoke? The DIN-fitting oring for apeks regs is slightly smaller (size 111 versus 112 for other brands). I lose a couple of them over a year of diving and definitely always have a some DIN orings on hand. I periodically check the IP on the first stage, and have an extra xtx50 second on hand in case one isn't breathing quite right during a trip, but nothing else I'd bring with me as far as the regs go other than spare hose o-rings and a spare spg spool, but thats not apeks-specific.

If you're concerned about parts availability, you'd want a first stage and a couple second stage service kits on hand, but I wouldn't bother personally.

i am trying to build my kit before i leave canada to southeast asia. some stuff are cheaper but most are more expansive there so i just trying to round out my stuff before i leave im just thinking a head going be gone for a year or 2. trying to think few step down the like be in vietnam thailand and taiwan.

Din Oring pops out all the time when somebody tries to use a standard 112 oring instead of the 111 it needs. Keep spares of the correct Oring on hand. A 112 will fit in a pinch, but it will come out every time you take the reg off the tank.
First stage seats used to be a huge issue, haven't seen one in a few years as they changed the kit without changing the part number to skate out of any recalls or responsibility.
If it has been serviced in the last year or two by a shop that does any volume, you are good to go.
Second stages don't have any issues on xtx line outside of the lock tabs are somewhat flimsy for the barrel. A hamfisted tech can easily break them during service.
The old first generation TX second stages had a main diaphragm with the wrong material used. I doubt there are too many of those diaphragms left to find at this point.

i had 3 o-ring missing at my second stage when they serviced it . that been said thank god i did took it to service center as i bought it second hand i think the last guy did his own service or something but 3 oring and still function properly. o_O ya i think ill be servicing my own reg from now on when I am in asia i trust no one but me.

ok so carry some 111 orings copy that

A spare reg set of any persuasion just wins!

Be very careful doing XTX50 hose changes. The barrel alignment bosses are FLIMSY, and it's very easy to end up with a lever canted over 10°-15° because the barrel rotated inside the case (out of sight) when you tightened your hose nut.
A spare Scubapro or Atomic regulator.
What he said.

And given @BoltSnap 's forgivable attachment to major manufacturers, @happy-diver is more correcter.
