There is no longer a dive shop in morro bay. He relocated to baja mexico a while back. Your best bet is go to pismo beach dive shop, san luis obispo ocean currents or the dive shop in atascadero(i forget the name right off hand).
 
We are diving from Pt. Sur down to about Jade Cove and back- over a few days. Was hoping to refill in Morro Bay but looks like we will have to bring a support vehicle to MB with additional tanks to swap out. We could run them into Atascadero or SLO but that will eat into our wine tasting excursion. That just won't do...

Microsoft Streets and Trips says 57 miles from Jade Cove to Morro Bay,
67 miles from Jade Cove to Monterey. That's almost the same, and as
you go north, Monterey gets closer, Morro Bay farther. Four dive shops
in Monterey, two have Nitrox.
