Well, for a while I've been meaning to check out Cathedral Rocks. I know the entrance is a bit hard but during high tide it should be ok.

Nite_diver,

york maine as in "York, city in the state of Maine" right? Could you please tell me more about this site? I guess the only problem I have with Maine is that my MA lobster licence probobly wouldn't work there...and lobster is pretty much #1 reason I like diving in New England. Is there anything else there, like scallops, oysters, flounder etc? And what are the regulations there?

thanx,
Gene

hey gene,
i just go for the sport of diving. high tide is at 9a.m. if you wanted to go in the morning. it is a beautiful place to dive with a lot of sea life for the looking. there is no taking of lobsters what so ever so your mass license would be no good. it is a nice entry as you walk down some rocks and slide right in. no problem. it's up to you what you want to do . just let me know

sounds interesting,

but what do you think of "Salt Island" or "Bass Rocks" in Glouster?

Heard both sites have easy access and very pretty (for you) and lotsa lobster (for me) :)

Gene

p.s: I just sent you a PM.
