I'm for it all. I will drive to SD or Ventura county to dive with this group. I think Rick really heads us the write direction and everyone is just so nice and dedicated to safe diving. Now, having said that, I'm all for diving in Redondo and even on bad days, there is always Malago Cove, which is a North facing beach. <-- How you like that long run-on sentence

:rofl3: for all you wise-guys YES THAT IS FROM MY USC EDUMACATION

I'm all up for it more diving spots the better. when the days get longer and warmer i would love diving more south. as for when its cold out and short days and not really beach weather id rather stick to the malibu area just because its closer to my home :) I like the alternating weekend thing sounds good to me :)
after all Redondo is only an hour away :)

One of the things I love about the Crabs is they dive a lot in my backyard! I don't mind the occasional drive down to PV, but I have to say w/ my limited time, I don't have the opportunity to venture very far a-field. I think the additional dives would make sense & offer valuable options to divers.

Ok, seems like there is good support to get things going. Other than wednesday (don't want to conflict with the current night dives) what night during the week(end) would be good for everybody? I would imagine the first night dive would be Vets, then maybe the next down in Laguna.

For me, Sundays and Mondays are prefered.

No preference on either.

If I can make it I will. :blinking:

Fri. or Sat. nights are good for me.

THe best nights for me would be either friday or satarday. if i have to drive a ways i want to know i dont have to get up in the morn for work. :D

I think I have a great idea...
It's briliant!!! :dork2:

Let's get together on a Friday for a night dive at El Segundo.
El Segundo is not too far north and not too far south.
Then we can camp there... Bring your campers!!!
:shelli: :drunks:
Dive all day Saturday, Saturday night and Sunday.
Sports Chalet conviniently located for exchanging tanks.

The best part is we will get to dive along the Hyperion Pipes.
I hear there is a lot of life form that grows along the s-h-*-t pipes...

:joke:

(I know it's a bad idea, but with all the other good ideas, I though someone should sack up and post a bad idea)

:rofl3: thats funny ren.
but ive heard that there is a lot of stuff around those pipes but i dont know if i would want to go near them :D
