Pain huh? Perhaps if you were less focused on your makeup and more focused on your Moonie baby sitting responsibilities he would have never been kidnapped in the first place.:mooner:

OK, as promised ...

Mango Brownies
---------------

2 sticks butter (NOT margarine, NOT I-wish-it-wuz-butter, REAL butter!)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tblsp ground (powdered) ginger
1 tspn orange extract

Put all the above in your handy household mixmaster and beat until smooth, then

2 cups flour (I swear by King Arthur flour, high gluten)
1 tspn salt
1 tspn baking soda

add the above into mixmaster and beat until mixed, then

2 eggs

mix until smooth, not much

2 cups white chocolate chips
2 cups chopped dried mango (I find this at Costco,
chop it about the same size as the chips)

barely mix until blended

Schmear the whole mess onto a brownie sheet (12 x 24" ?)
put it into oven (do Not pre-heat) set at 350F
and cook about 15 minutes, or until the edges just turn brown.
It will still be gooey in the middle when you take it out.
That is fine, makes em chewy. Take em out, cool em off,
then put em in the fridge overnight to get em hard.

Take em out the next day, chop em into squares,
chew, eat, gulp with milk. Seduce your friends with the decadent indulgence.
Make a batch to take on a dive boat with you for the surface interval
and I'll be your bestest buddy.

2nd variation of the above is the evil choc.chip brownies recipe.
Same but
- no mangoes
- dark choc chips instead of white
- cinnamon instead of ginger
- almond extract instead of orange
- nuts (optional)

-le burp!-

Sounds absolutely wicked! Remind to save some fresh mango meat this season.
