I have an urgent need for Monterey area divers rated Divemaster or higher and who have liability insurance who can take visiting divers out on shore dives (PADI's "Discover Local Diving"). We need people who are familiar with the local dive sites and who enjoy helping other divers experience the magic of our underwater world. Yes, you can actually get paid to go diving! But you've got to be able to deal with people who have never dived cold water (but still think they're experts), can't put their own fins on, have never entered the water from anything other than a dive boat, get seasick in 2' swells, then run out of air on the bottom when you still have 2400 psi left.
