might actually make some difference. That is so sad. Those nets suck.
The brudahs need to get with the program. Usually it is sweet old men hanging out in those big Vegas polarized glasses tossing those nets, that I see.

Isn't there a Hawaiian organization that could...approach them? I thought there was a movement to approach it that way...

This is infact an almost exclusively "native hawaiian" issue. They claim native fishing rights and history but mono gill nets are not part of that history!
