Juv...tell your friends...Fantastic!

Thanks.... I'll tell them :D

Now they're posting more good shots of Goby & Pygmy Seahorse (which I haven't seen a real one before).

Juv, your friends photos are exquisite ! Any chance we could get more details? What camera set up are they using ? Who did they dive with in Papua ? When were they there ? For how long ? Please tell us more !

çÓHello reefwreck,

Sorry for a late reply. Here're the answers to your questions :
Most of their pictures were taken by Nikon D100 in Sea&Sea Housing, Duo Sea&Sea YS90 strobes, 105 mm. & 60 mm. lens while some were taken with Olympus C-5050Z in PT-015 Housing and Sea&Sea YS-25 strobe. They had 6 days diving Irian Jaya last month with The Grand Komodo Tours & Dives (live-aboard) through agency in Thailand - namely "Sea Paradise."

You can view a lot more nice pictures from their trip at

Too bad, all stories are in Thai alphabet but 'Picture tells a thousand words', isn't it?

Cheers,

Like to check how u guys shot emperor shrimp? As they're normally very small... I used Sea & Sea 2T macro len, but did not zoom in... do I need to zoom?
