Professional Dive Training: Is it getting harder to find and retain well trained, diligent and motivated staff in the diving industry? Are new dive pros hitting the mark?
I love teaching professional level dive courses and assisting new pros get started in their careers. However, within the industry there have been many concerns raised about training standards and the quality of new recruits. Is this concern justified and is there anyone to blame?
